Special Treats for February

It’s one of my favorite months….well, maybe.  Usually the weather stinks and everyone is grouchy because winter is taking so long to disappear.  This year is an exception, so I will call it my favorite month.  If you didn’t know it, you would think we were in the middle of March.  It’s been fantastic!!

Valentine’s Day is rapidly approaching and the ovens are working overtime to prepare treats for the masses!  Crazy Cakers are busy baking, decorating, dipping, smoothing, tasting and tasting some more.  We want everything to be perfect, so WE are the guinea pigs.  It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it!!

So the special treats this month are:

1) The Pick Velvet Cupcake - Wow!!  So delightfully delicious, I’ll bet you can’t eat just one!! This little piece of heaven is topped with a cream cheese butter cream and sprinkled with dainty hearts.  Beautiful!

2) The Cinnamon Cupcake – Can you help us name our new baby? This precious bundle is a white cupcake swirled with a secret cinnamon mixture and topped with a mouth watering frosting.  A perfect package of delight!

3) Love Me Tender Hearts – Our gorgeously pink homemade marshmallows are dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles. (I am seriously addicted to these and may have to join marshmallows anonymous. The girls have taken to counting them, so I can’t sneak anymore of them!!)

4) Sugar Cookies – Always a staple, these beautiful cookies are as wonderful to eat, as they are to look at!  A perfect little Valentine gift!

5) Cake Pops – Who doesn’t love a cake pop?!  One Bite Rule!!! And what a Bite it is! SOOOO Good!!

Also available for pre-order are our Gift Boxes!  Call in your requests and we will custom make the boxes for you, whatever the budget!  These were a HUGE hit at Christmas! The Valentines ones are Super cute. 

We have some exciting news! One of our Crazy Caker, Baby makers, welcomed a new baby boy into the world!  Megan, (an original Crazy Caker) her husband Mike and their children Alexis and Kale are ecstatic to have Beckett join their family!!

And, Just in Now!!!  More exciting news!!!! Crazy Cakes has just been awarded 2nd place in the Best Bakery section of, ‘The Best of the Best’ contest.  Congratulations to the 1st place winner, Lakeview Bakery.  Thanks to all of our loyal customers whose votes placed us in the winner’s circle!!

Hmmm…Maybe I should look for a new outfit… one never knows if there may be photos involved!!
